Polished Black/Brown Fine Ware
The Polished Black/Brown Tradition was dated throughout both of the Acbi and Coner phases. It consists of three groups, Melano, Calamar, and Surlo. These ceramics would take either a cylindrical or open bowl form, with either slab feet supports (Acbi) or nub feed (Coner). Black and brown pastes were used, usually with sand particles mixed in.
