Type: Gualpopa Polychrome
Phase: Starts in Late Acbi and continues through Late Coner
The Glyphic variety forms include (sub)hemispherical bowls with direct rims, vertical or slightly barrel-sided vessels, and cups with flat bases. Interiors and exteriors are typically orange-slipped. Interiors have very basic, limited decorations which mainly consist of a red or black band around the rim. Exterior decorations can consist of bands, but normally have pseudoglyphic or glyphic motifs.
